I do find it essential to communicate ideas and concepts to my team well. Since I am an engineer, I recognise that I will have to engage with external clients or partners from other departments who will be foreign to engineering terminology. Therefore, my desire when communicating is to make my message clear and relatable to the audience I am delivering it to.
